Contact Hesper Schleiderer-Hardy
Hesper, born and raised in southern Maine, joined Childs Rundlett in 2007 and is now the Managing Partner. She has devoted her career to representing clients in family matters, estate planning, and probate litigation. In addition, Hesper has extensive experience as a Guardian ad Litem, working with children of all ages. She is also specially trained in Collaborative Divorce Law. Through tenacious preparation, commitment to details, active listening, and zealous advocacy in and out of the courtroom, Hesper is dedicated to getting the best results for each of her clients.

A Maine native, Hesper is an alumna of Wells High School and Bowdoin College. She graduated from Boston's Northeastern University School of Law in 2007.
Hesper is a rostered Guardian ad Litem for private divorce and parental rights cases as well as probate matters. She has been trained and certified in Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessment since May 2010.
A Katahdin Counsel Member, Hesper volunteers with Legal Services for the Elderly and the Courthouse Assistance Project. She is a member of the Maine Bar Association Family Law Section, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and the York County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Treasurer and Founding Board Member of the Maine Collaborative Law Alliance.
Hesper resides in York County with her partner and their two children where she enjoys baking, cross-country skiing, farm life, and traveling with her family.
